NIN's With Teeth Reviewed

“Less concerned about fitting into the world… your world that is…”

Trent makes no excuses with the release of With Teeth, Nine Inch Nails’ fifth official studio album, and really he doesn’t have to. It is beyond me why I’m hearing so many negative things about the release. I see NIN always evolving from album to album and it just gets better every single time. Were people expecting to hear The Downward Spiral all over again? If you were, you’re in for a let down. That’s really too bad for them because you’re missing out on another brilliant offering from NIN and another strong reinforcement of why they’re one of the greatest artists ever. With Teeth is completely unexpected, hard to define, a little scary at times, yet undeniably Nine Inch Nails.
